Every four years, the Commissioner of Revenue's office hires a reassessment firm to assess
Property within the City of Bristol, VA. This assessment is mandated by the Virginia State Code.
Over the next ten months, you will see individuals with the reassessment firm - Wampler- Eanes
Appraisal Group out assessing property within the City. The appraisers will be visiting and
inspecting every parcel in the City to establish the current fair market value of the real estate.
