There is NO civil fee associated with this Notice of Violation. *1st Violation - Material will be picked up and removed by City for no fee. *2nd Violation - Material will NOT be picked up. Material may be picked up by City for a nominal fee. *3rd Violation - Owner is notified of continuous violations, and code enforcement process will begin.

  • No. However if you are a fee paying resident, the Public Works Department of the City of Bristol, Virginia offers loaner cans for special occasions or extra trash during clean up. The Collection Division will loan up to one (1) can for two weeks, based upon availability, by calling 276-645-7380.
