Landfill Notifications and Information

As of June 14, 2023, the Sidewall Odor Mitigation System (SOMS) in the Quarry Landfill became operational and was connected to the rest of the landfill gas collection and control system. The SOMS runs the entire perimeter of the Quarry Landfill and serves the purpose of collecting emissions from the quarry sidewalls.
