The City of Bristol Virginia has opened its competitive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) round for Program Year 2026 applications. These applications must benefit low to moderate-income persons and communities within the City of Bristol. Please follow attached link to the application on the City's website under Planning and Community Development. The Community Development Specialist will respond to any questions you have regarding this application.

This application is due by 5:00 p.m. February 27 2026. The application is basically the same with two minor changes: paper copies of the application are no longer required but the electronic copy (via email or flashdrive) must be in one complete pdf document.
