Regular maintenance activities this week at the Quarry Landfill included the breakdown, cleaning, and rebuilding of pumps, bumping and checking the wellfield, and monitoring the blower and flare. One of the landfill’s air monitoring stations has been sent offsite for repairs after field-based troubleshooting was unsuccessful.
The City is also pleased to announce its new online GIS-based odor reporting form is now live and available to citizens on the City’s website.
