The City has developed a draft for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2024 program year. The CAPER demonstrates how CDBG funds were used during Program Year 2024 and its associated benefits to residents of the City of Bristol. A public hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting on September 9 2025 at 6:00 p.m. for comments prior to submitting the report to HUD.
