2. Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement

   The City of Bristol, Virginia, agrees to rent or allow use of its public parks to private individuals or organizations for various events and activities. In consideration of this rental or allowed use, the private individual agrees to hold the City of Bristol harmless and indemnify the City against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the park. This means that the individual will not hold the City responsible for any injuries, damages, or legal claims that may occur during the event.
