The new, larger temporary flare that is capturing gas from the 221, 498 and 588 landfills is performing exceptionally well. As a result, this week crews began dismantling the older temporary flare for transport offsite.
Regular maintenance activities continued as scheduled at the Quarry Landfill this week.
