Staff are preparing the Bristol Quarry Landfill site in anticipation of the wintry weather expected this weekend and into the coming week. Normal maintenance operations continued this week - including blower/flare checks; the breakdown, cleaning and rebuilding of pumps; draining of condensate lines; and well field readings. Additionally, adjustments to the Sidewall Odor Mitigation System (SOMS) were implemented for efficiency.
